1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer. Let's fund the research to defeat it!

Thank you for visiting my page!

Did you know that 13 percent of women develop breast cancer? You see pink ribbons and hear about it all the time, right? It's a big problem, and it needs to be cured! Did you know, though, that 12 percent of men develop prostate cancer? That's practically a statistical tie! Personally, I have two clients (both of whom, I genuinely call my friends) who've battled it - and now I may be beginning my own fight.

Kristin, my doctor, and I have been watching my PSA number rise for the past few years. Since this past winter, the brisk pace of my day-to-day life has been compounded by the addition of extra blood draws, digital exams, MRIs, and even prostate biopsies (not exactly a pleasant experience, btw). As of now, my PSA level is roughly 4.5 and my biopsy indicated a group of atypical asinine cells (precancerous cells) on my prostate. So, as Kristin and I near our upcoming triathlon date this summer (July 17, 2022), we thought we'd turn this frustration into an opportunity to raise awareness and research funding for better treatments - and a cure!

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men in the United States. 1 in 8 will be diagnosed in their lifetime, with a new case every 2 minutesThe Prostate Cancer Foundation's Fundraising Community is working to to defeat prostate cancer. Kristin and I are pleased to be able to help them in their mission. Will you please join us?

By supporting us with a donation, you’re joining thousands of other PCF constituents around the world who care about defeating prostate cancer — and who are stepping up to do something about it. PLEASE help us provide funding for lifesaving research and support for all men (and their families) impacted by this disease!

I love this woman, and these two boys, more than anything else in this world. I'd like to make sure I'm in their lives as long as possible.
